    Customer Service Associate - Sudbury

    Position Summary: 

    Pro Hockey Life invites active individuals with a passion for hockey to join our client as customer service associates. In this pivotal role, you'll be a crucial touchpoint for customers, instrumental in guiding them through their hockey equipment needs and creating memorable retail experiences. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hockey and are eager to gain or expand their customer service experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their sports and activities, providing expert advice and recommendations.
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to meet team performance targets.
    • Work collaboratively with the team, showing initiative in all tasks.
    • Maintain a world-class store environment.

    Skills Required:

    • A basic understanding of hockey and its equipment, such as pads, masks, skates, sticks, bags, and goalie accessories
    • Excellent team player with a proactive approach.
    • Capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
    • Has completed or is currently enrolled in high school.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Deep understanding of hockey either as a passionate player or a dedicated fan.
    • Possesses previous experience in customer service and cash handling.
